I've injured my right foot by walking around the house without shoes on and stepping on something sharp. I won't be running for awhile

I haven't run yet, nothing planned until the weekend, Feels a little strange but I think my legs are thanking me for it. Sat looking at the rain through the window thinking, I still have time to pop up the canal and pick up a cup of tea but, then again, no. Good luck to all who are out there and best wishes to those recovering from injuries.

Ouch again for DavidAP. And I once stepped down from a chair and barefoot onto a three-pin plug so can sympathise...
8/100 after what was meant to be a recovery run but ended up being 8 minute miles over hilly trails (club night).
I guess that means I'm recovered from Saturdays 53 mile excessive run...
(that was 50 miles in, and I really was tired. The sunglasses hide it well)
