Morning :)

LD - having good quality bones is a very good thing :) hope they mend well.

Like the random packing Corrah - although it pays to know where both your kettle and favourite pillows are....

slowdownyoumovetoofast itis will be over soon folks...

Corrah, make sure you know where the loo roll is also! My eyes were a bit sore yesterday but it could have been tiredness, though there is a lot of yellow rapeseed growing locally. Ouch for the tattoo arm!

LD, your good bones are probably the result of all that running, another good reason not to stop. :)

I have runned. My bra is now destined for the bin when I take it off. I came undone, fortunately in a quiet little alley so I could do it up again. After that I kept feeling the zip coming down and managed to dive in and retrieve it before it completely came undone again. I think the little tag thing must be broken. Oh well, I know where I'm going today then.

Oops well there were two dolphins: only one bird. The dolphins are rescue who live in a centre in a river inlet with various children. The reef sharks were all around the glass bottomed boat and were awesome but I was feeling a bit queasy at that point. Proper tourist day yesterday!

Welcome to the 700 miles in 2017 thread, everybody welcome :-)

The thread motto is:

'700 miles is neither necessary nor sufficient'

All you have to do is run about 1.91 miles per day or 13.46 miles per week or 58.33 miles per month and take a picture when you get to 700 miles of either you or the spot you reached the target or both if you want to. And if you go under or over 700 miles nobody will mind.

Join in the chat on the friendliest thread around - all things discussed and sometimes even some running is talked about.

Happy running :-)
