Bags and freshly laundered things (the whiter the better) are irresistible to my cat :-)

Helga also likes not very fresh about-to-be-laundered laundry. Why is a mystery.

My middle cat Sherlock was a feral kitten and came to us having had cat flu. She has recurring snotty sneezy episodes which are revolting. You do have to wonder how so much snot fits in a tiny cat nose.

I am forever blowing his nose. He has also been like this since he was a kitten but he was not ferral. He is part ragdoll and part British Short Hair. The vet nurse said ragdolls can be prone to upper respiratory tract infections. He has a very good appetite

Steady Edina
Had to take Arthur to the vets today as his snotty nose has got worse and seems to be almost entirely confined to his left nostrel ( well my left his right) and sometimes there is blood. He is not eating properly either. I have been sent home with antibiotics, anti inflammatory and a decongestant. I tried mixing with his food but he has barley touched it so tomorrow may have to try wrapping the antibiotics in some cheese. Vet thinks its usual just to be confined to one nostral so thinks something else may be going on. I have to take him back next week and if he isn't better they may admit him to flush out his nostrals and have a poke round. Poor Arthur
