Fragile Do Not Bend
Wow, terrific total Unity! I hope I'm not tempting fate leaving my last 6 miles until NYE, I've just not had much chance to run this week. I did earmark this evening after work to get a run in, but I'm tired, it's dark, foggy and frosty outside and I'm just not feeling it. I'm going to have to hope that nothing stops me running parkrun plus another 3 miles on Saturday.

Hi chaps! Just popping my head in to say hello. :D

I hope you are all having a nice festive period and looking forward to 2017.

I am going to get a new Fitbit for my birthday (in a few weeks), which should get my behind into gear. My aim for 2017 is to get out of the house more and learn something new (I've started learning German on an app). If the walking leads to running, that would be cool, but I'm not going to worry about it.

I also did a pre-Christmas diet and lost a fair bit of belly fat, which I have partly put back on but hoping to lose a little more in the new year.

Wishing you all a very happy new year! Xxx

Morning from Copenhagen :)

Highly recommend amager strandpark parkrun if your in this part of the world. It's right on the coast so freezing but pretty and flat and very friendly. Also means I finish 2016 on 531km record mileage for these legs!

Have a wonderful new year guys will check back in once I'm home.

Well done Nutso!

I did it, I ran parkrun then dragged my arse round a few more miles to get my target mileage for the year. I think I will reward myself with a slightly easier January 😅

I meant to say, that was my 3rd highest mileage month ever, so I need a little rest now. 😅
