69.5kg.
Heavier than Gobi. Disturbing....;-)
Gut feel says I shouldn't go much lower, mind. Detailed analysis of pro and top end AG ers at my height should race around 66-68kg, but as an old f**ker not sure whether it would be wise to drop to that at this late stage.
Any advice gratefully received.....

I was told to stay above 70.3 but I have got rid of some muscle from my upperbody to allow me to drop more. Power has been largely maintained.
