Fraggers, I've got tubeless on my MTB which isn't the same, I know, but FWIW I find them to be good overall, very puncture resistant. It was a proper ball-ache getting them on and one of them refused to seal initially, but it seems to have settled down now. Folks say you could always stick a tube in if you're struggling but I wouldn't want to have to do that on the trail, even with my chimpanzee-like strength!
I chose to stick to clinchers when I bought my new road missile.

Happy New Year and all that Jools Holland nonsense...
Instead of waving a miniscule chipolata, I give you a pasty...

Morning. Afternoon. Whatevs, I'm at work.
I got carted off to hospital on Boxing Day with heart palpitations. Woke up at 3:00 am with 120 bpm heartbeat. History showed it going like that since midnight. 111 doctor said to go to hospital for an ECG. They said I had paroxysmal atrial fibrilation and they weren't too worried about the high rate, but that the irregular heartbeat was a problem. They gave me intravenous medication to try to get it back to normal, but it didn't seem to be working and they said they might have to shock it back to normal. At about 11:00 am I asked to be unplugged so I could go for a wee, when I got back and plugged back in it was normal again. So we left about 12:00. They said the quantity of alcohol I drank over Christmas could have caused it and that I should cut down on the booze. Otherwise it was just one of those things and might never happen again. Anyway, I haven't had much to drink since, got to go for a heart scan and see my GP sometime.
Exercise is good though, and I should try to do more. Think I'll just carry on walking for now though to give the old ticker time to recover.

I've been swimming and it was something of a breakthrough moment. I realised I lift my head to breathe rather than just turn it to the side, causing my legs to drop.
Nick - Hope you feel better soon.

Seeing TRO's post I've had a change of heart and am not posting my training, you wouldn't see it.
His monthly actuals are nearly my annual targets
