Interesting tweet from Triathlete magazine:
"Running form tip: Keep your stride tight. You want to land as close as you can to your body for a given speed".
Well that's where I've been going wrong. I land *miles* away from my body. Silly me.

Rest day for me yesterday unless carrying a 50 inch telly up three flights of stairs appears on the cross training drop down menu. Wanders over to training to have a look.......

Will need x-training:gardening again this weekend.
Early run club done, not usually my thing and probably not my thing at all, but threw myself round some fast 400ishes and some sprints so feel virtuous.

Commuted on the bicycle this morning, legs weren't having any of it, disappointing.

Only today (well I might later)
Six miles progressive, legs feeling really strong.
Would for less than two weeks really increase leg strength in such a short space of time? I'd have thought adaptations take months (and maybe years).

I will try and run tonight, although after a late conversation with Coach Beelzebub last night I may stand on the spot, oscillate for a few moments then fall over. Who knows?
