Interesting JDA, I guess they were a bit cheaper than the VP. My training partner just got some of those (the new ZF) and she reckons they feel almost as fast as the VP.

I would have got some the other day with that discount code but the other small people of the world had beaten me to them.

And thanks for the reminder of the detail Gus.

There is a VP lovers group on FB. Blimey, some of the stuff on there is scary. One guy with 12 pairs in his cupboard 😮.

As a non-Vaporfly person, why does the name get shortened to VP and not VF or V4 or something ?

JDA, I had to step in a few puddles to make sure that I broke 30 at my 5 miler this morning!

The course was really twisty and turny at times and TBH the VFs are really crap in corners....

Mine are safely back in the box (and at the back of the cupboard) for a few more weeks, will think about christening them at the end of the month but only if the weather's decent :-)

Sold out already in all sizes above 10s! Not that I was looking for a(nother) pair. Yet :-) Anyway that now suggest the supply is going to ramp up a bit so there may not be such long droughts in future.

WW, have you actually done enough races with/without the VF to judge what they are worth to you (and in that case, what is your alternative shoe)?

There was so much panic in Berkshire this morning. I ended up having to buy a pair for a friend who lost the plot in the process. Size 12s, 5 sizes too big for me so he is safe that they will still be boxfresh when he picks them up!

The prob I have JDA is that since I have had them I have only ever raced in them so I can’t really compare. I suppose I could go back to Adidas for some races and compare but that doesn’t sound much fun.

Agree that supply seems to be loosening up a little.
