Blackbird Leys ( boy)
Took it a little easier on myself this week. Did two sessions of 80 and 100 lengths on Monday and Tuesday. Then today i had the pool to myself so i stuck with it for 140.

Suffering from a stiff neck and aching shoulders .

Looking forward to the spring and some open water swimming.
Well done Kimbles, you'll soon be on dry land. :)

Sorry Ancles, I think I've buggered up the spreadsheet by using my tablet. I've done 6 miles but my total says only 5.

Am claiming a km for today, spent an hour in the pool with DD this morning. Lots of floating around but several lengths and lots of horizontal and underwater swimming. And then a lovely 20 mins in the sea, turns out it's very wierd doing butterfly in the salty buoyancy!

Swimming every day whilst on holiday, I seem to have regained my swimming mojo. I've worked out if I can do 100 lengths twice a week (which is what I was doing the last time I completed this challenge) I should be able to make it this time. :-)

Ok, so I am not gonna brake any records this month then, 4 days to go and I have to do another 8 miles, tomorrow will only be a couple, and so will Friday, I am out on the bike Thursday for a long one, which means I will have to swim at least 4.5miles on weds, and I have a double spin class booked in already.
