My Latin is a little more polished than that. I'd like to think it's more Virgilian than Ciceronian or Caesarian.

I keep seeing different academic types interviewed about it. They have trouble translating it; I suspect this is because it is poorly written and not Virgilian at all.

Perhaps the so called "Graffiti artists" were trying there own version of the famous scene in "The Life of Brian" involving John Cleese & Graham Chapman.
