Hi all - just popping my head, late as usual to threads, but heard the shout out on the podcast!
I've been in since day 1,and I'm around 109 miles (mainly running, but the odd walk counted as well).
Great tip about tagging the gvrat miles in the training logs - will do that later! Anyway, heading out for a walk now, before a 5 mile run later this evening.

Thanks Doc - good to see you in here too. Think I'm following a similar plan to yourself - just come back from injury and built up to 40 miles per week - so I'll be trying to hold it there or thereabouts for most weeks.

Good going, Dave.
I have just realised that we don't go through Nashville. There will be various places with good musical links, though. Chatanooga is on the route and so is Knoxville. Time to get Glenn Miller and Samuel Barber onto the MP3 player.
