Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Can you add me to the list please Fizz:-)
All my seeds have now started growing. How big are people letting them get before planting them out? I guess it depends on the size of the pot they are in as seedlings?

Wait till the first set of true leaves is a good rule of thumb

Oh, that's for potting onto a bigger pot. Planting out, it depends on the weather. Speaking of which, it just started raining torrentially here and I'm not at home and my ickle plants are outside *frets*

I've just planted my first three out. They've been hardening off outside during the day for about a week, and back inside overnight.

Hope yours are ok, Fleecy.

Slightly bent stalks on two of them but they ought to be ok, I brought them in as we are forecast storms!

can you add me in please (didn't realise there was an actual list). Mine might not be the tallest, although I have managed to pot on one russian giant, but the others might be very pretty...
