Why? It's cold people need calories in the cold.
I actually lost 3lbs between Dec 1st and now. I think it is because we didn't do anything Christmassy until the 24th and it all finished on the 26th, it meant I drank sod all alcohol except crimbo day.
I intend to catch up. OH has finally finisher her shifts up, 3 weekends in December, and been back in everyday since the 27th, and has a whole 5 days off, WOAH! That's 3 WOAHs today.

What a WOAH day!
I have put back on all the weight I lost through stress in the summer, which was weight I was glad to lose. Plus I really eat too much sweet stuff. Perhaps I won't give it up, just moderate it a bit

Moderation, seriously is the answer, I just checked my weight going back to day 1 fetch 2009, I was 74kg, I'm now 71, so really holding steady for 9 years. I have said in olther places about activity, personal responisbility a bit of knowledge about food, and cooking yourself rather than buying.
Still that's all for another blog that is going to be called:-
nihil sine labore
Get me.

Last one eaten, alas.
23. Though if by chance I see a pack while shopping at the weekend, I may restock. Especially if only 10p.

From an article about Christmas traditions: "mince pies were things of horror to all good Puritans, who looked upon them as papistical devices of the enemy of mankind" ... "we fancy it is to their energetic denunciations of it that the mince pie owed its reputation as the sovereign dainty of the great festival, for of course the more one party railed against it, the more the other delighted in enjoying it".
