I try and avoid posting repeats here, however I've been putting together a "Northern Ballads" playlist for the past hour and although it's a bit of a cliche - the ubiquitious ender - it struck me that Ray Pollard's version of The Drifter is truly a heartfelt piece of soul and deserves another outing.
