This is a grand record isn't it? Oddly enough I wasn't having a rare Motown day myself yesterday :-) Eddie Holland was a hugely underrated artist and I don't think he was known "mainstream".

Agree with Eddie Holland and Lamont Dozier was also a superb singer and musician. Check out his Black Bach album if you get the chance.

Correction to my comment earlier : * was * having a Motown day yesterday. On that subject, just noticed that a well-known dealer has just put up a mint copy of this for sale on UK Motown, a snip at £300.00. That's a lot for a UK TM record, pretty rare though. Quite brilliant too.
