Morning one and all...get round to posting eventually !!  This is my third London...like many of us..the first time I just wanted to get round....2nd attempt tried a bit harder, but the day was too hot for me, this year Ive had training plans written for me by Trin,which Ive followed more or less to the letter..so fingers crossed I 'should' get a better finish time! Oh and no I wont be wearing the headgear I have in my avatar !! Sorry to hear you are injured Bree..:(... |

Omagh half marathon done yesterday nice and easy and ran a few miles at Marathon Pace, Taper starts to kick in this week for me. How is everyone else going? Mar keep the head dress it might get you on the telly
