helen, you said non citrus gel... have you dropped one at expo? I can only get hold of lucozade orange which has a similar consistancy to um... well.. yes .... but will try and get to the running shop tomorrow morning!  if not there is always a fewspare gels floating aroun fetchpoint. will have one ready

so i have packed...
corona
G&T in a sports bottle with sports lid
sheets with runner pics and estimated fetchpoint arrival times, and plastic wallets so we can hang their requirements on fence,
paracetamol and ibuprofen - 4 packets...
plasters
vaseline
jelly babie
deep heat!
anything else i can bring?
i think rosie is getting the battenburg...
some jaffa cakes?
ill bring an orange or 2. can someone who lives closer to lonon bring a knife and a small takeaway style tub we can put the orange in? if not ill bring one and cut it up the night before.
