Had a bizarre dream last night.

Dreamt I met up with John66 at the start. It was VLM but by the sea. We decided to run together but had a difference of opinion about the route. I went off in the wrong direction, couldn't find my way back for ages (by which time John was long gone), then I discovered I'd forgotten my gels and my drinks and hadn't even pinned my number on. Then it was decided that I was so slow that I was disqualified and forced to ride in a giant cereal bowl along some mutil-coloured clifftops.
John won the race.

Evening team, having a major rethink on my race now. Was going to have a crack at a sub 3, but due to a torn hamstring i'm now just looking to finish it. Bugger:(
