Hi runners and riders :-)

Just a thought: I usually provide tons and tons of cut up oranges and am more than happy to do so again, mostly because when I'm on the running side of the fence I crave oranges on long runs and would quite happily rugby tackle very small children if it meant it was the only way I'd get some.

I was wondering, though, whether people might prefer satsumas/mandarins/whatever will be in season. They are easier to prepare from my point of view, and probably less messy, but are they juicy enough?

Happy to do either.

Just reading back and I hope everyone is well.

No preference on the orange front, Captain, but the bigger and juicier the better, if at all possible.

Note to self - must fill in my info on the document/spread sheet thingy.

I loved the oranges the year before last - best thing I have ever tasted in my life at that point. Not sure satsumas would be the same. Sorry 😏

Paula heart, sounds amazing either way to me, but I'll probably not want a thing* apart from a hug and a shove and a "looking strong KatieB".

We are going to expo on Wednesday 22nd btw, in case anyone wants to meet for coffee and nervous laughter. :-)

Am doing the expo on Friday I think.

MY run and needs will depend on if I can get the belly issues under control. Need to find something to fuel me on long runs other than gels. Any advice or tips please?

Mandy, do you know what it is in the gels that irritates you?
