Ruth - Dorking 10 is quite hilly - not a PB course for sure. I did it 3 years ago and it was super hot! (Was 5 mins outside my PB!)

Ooh, i've done the alton 10, it wa my first 10 miler. I quite enjoyed it apart from wanting to die because I was woefully under_prepared. A few ups and downs & a bit of congestion with a car on a narrow lane, but just about pb potential

I've done the Dorking 10 (in 2005) and maybe I'm just used to bigger hills but I thought it was just undulating a bit. It was very hot though. that's quite a while ago though innit.

I'm pondering Alton, but it'd be a week after an odd-road marathon.
May well do dorking too, anyway. race ya?
