Surrey/Sussex road races in summer

Word is it's hilly, but how hilly are we talking? Road races over 10k seem thin on the ground round these parts after May - I'd really like a decent HM and 10 miler. I know this may be like trying to buy a boater in November, but has anyone got any suggestions?
HermanBloom Mar 2012 9:48am, 16 Mar 2012 544 posts	0 HermanBloom This probably isn't going to help, as it's not road, but the New Forest 10 miler is less than an hour away from Guildford (I'm assuming you live near there!) and everyone tells me that it's great. So maybe that?

I want PBs and I want them, well, now, but realistically a decent recovery time after Brighton and not too far away from where I live. I managed to buy a boater in November, so I'm confident we can crack this one too.
