R3G3 closes. Bacon Sandwich, one of the original Big Four, not particularly well seeded going into the quarter finals. Lego looking ever more ominous.

R3G5 closed. Another less-than-convincing victory from one of the Big Four.

G3G6 closed. The Big Four's bushy-tailed heavyweight lumbers through in less than glittering style. If the final two results fall unkindly it could face Lego in the next round.

hedgepig / skwirl / bacon sandwich are kind of expected to all make the semis as they have done for at least the last two years. Einstein losing and Lego proving so strong show that in spite of some poor onse in the autumn it's been a good year for deathmatches.

R3G8 Crisp apple strudels 18 - 17 Angkor Wat, CAMBODIA

So CAS scrape through as bottom seed and are 'rewarded' with a quarter final tie against Lego*

*(unless my seeding engine doesn't work how I think it should work in which case the quarter finals will be delayed while I fix it)
