Sat next to me and didn't realise, eh? Well, I am a quiet little wallflower, so I'll forgive you 
I think I'll be hanging around for a bit afterwards. At the moment I'm planning on getting the train back to London at 6pm, so that gives even me, with my slow legs, time for a shower and a decent steak dinner and a chat.

Hopefully going to get a 15 miler in on Saturday morning then its all short running for two weeks, apart from the 26.2 miles on the day, That is
Looks like I will be driving up on my own now, Mrs. Sheets & the kids have found something better to do than stand around for 3.1/2 hrs or more waiting to see me finish

Funny that, Sheets, my family are going AWOL as well ....
Had a horrible 12+ miler today, hope that means that everything will be tickety boo from now on. I was too warm, felt a bit sick, couldn't manage the gel I'd taken, blah blah. Now I'm exhausted.

Well done on completing the 12 miles Paula, sounded rough, i'm sure it will be fine on the day, I managed 16 mile this morning, it was way to warm, hoping it doesn't get too much warmer on the day, but in saying that i'llprefer the heat over wind and rain.
Zoom, can you add me to the table at Sorrento's it will be nice to join up with u all before the race, have a great weekend all.
