Anyone done the Hidden Glen 10k? I want to find out how hard it is, thinking of doing the Stirling half the next day.
Unsure whether both will be a tad excessive.

Looks like it's full. 0/350 places available and a waiting list status according to Entry Central. It does say it sold out last year.
Same thing happened with the Kirkcaldy 5 Parks half though, which surprised me (but it is the first time they've done it in years), so it might be worth double checking with the organising club.
SOAPY, don't give up the day job mate

IanS did it last year I recall, and looking at his log then 276m of climbing.
It's not a club event, it's organised by Pete at TayFitness who also does the Killin 10k and Mhor Marathon

Stirling Marathon and HM. Hmm. Elsewhere on the web been reading of some disquiet as no info on bus provision to the races, and no possibility of making the 0830 start by public transport. Nor is there any car parking info. Also , looking at the road closures, these seem a bit of a blunt instrument this year and would make it very difficult, if not impossible, for people from Doune, Dunblane and much of Bridge of Allan to drive to the start.
Great Run, whatever other criticisms can be made of them, usually have things well organised in advance. I'm wondering if they have somewhat lost interest in Stirling and are looking for the exit.

any info on t number of entries? Are these events selling out ? It would be a shame to lose them from the calender after only a few years.
