3:47:52 for Glen Scotia Mull of Kintyre marathon, brutal hills but fantastic scenery on a day like this.

Must’ve walked around ten times😂

Not at all bad for a hilly one :-) So that's an alternative MoK marathon?

Just lovely time at Drumpelliér today and what a cracking parkrun. The park itself was resplendent under clear blue skies. Realised why numbers went up last week in the terrible weather - defectors to the tree cover.

And reassured to the that my absence never left Falkirk on 399 finishers on their "400 for 400" week: 571!! That's an increase of over 50% on the previous record.

Drumpelier is definitely up in my top three now

I didn’t have my garmin so was running to feel rather than pace so think I’ve got more on that course especially now I know it

Lovely to meet fetchies old and new

Cracking day for the Stirling 10K, pretty near ideal running conditions. And spectating. Numbers quite a bit down though, 613 finishers from (I think) 735 entrants. Not the 1000 sell out of several years. I bet entry on the day would have brought quite a few more in (although entry actually only closed about three days in advance).

Oddly, a lower percentage of female runners as well, only 35%.

Saw few I knew, SoaPM, :-) G; and there was also another male Fetchie in a black vest - Mr White?

Happy, it was me that gave you a shout on the section at the turn (you were a good 1/2km ahead of me I think). first time I have done stirling and having lived 5 miles away from the course for the first 20 years of my life saw parts of stirling I hadnt seen before. Really enjoyed the course (Apart from the week sting in the tale hill at 8km).
