I think the only one he’s not done so far is Lews Castle, they’re less than ten minutes long and give a good idea of the course. YouTube and called Scottish Parkruns funnily enough.

If you get YouTube on Big Telly, it's usually worth watching that way, with their drone footage. The original UoS one was particularly good for that.

Harsh or right to apply the rules so rigidly? I think maybe a yellow card might have been more appropriate (although it is a pet hate of mine runners doing that especially on a track)?
