Another view of @Dvorak 's Co-op . I've had a lot of pictures of damage in the Central Belt and Borders today.

Was updating race listings, and thinking about possibly running a couple of 10Ks I did last year. Too late :-o

Dalgety Bay (April) and Roon the Toon (Kilmarnock, June): sellt oot! I'm sure I entered DB a bit later last year, and Killie still had places in April.

They’re trying to coordinate the inaugurals of a few Parkruns in the Spring so they don’t get swamped.

I think the Kilmarnock race is the SA road 10k championship race.

Buchlyvie 10k surprisingly still on - I've not gone though. Said they were doing a course inspection first thing, but didn't post anything until almost 11am - race starts 1.30pm, and lots of people posting saying they had a 2h drive etc. Some roads in that area closed due to trees, so not clear best way to get there etc. Route may be fine, but organisers need to think about how participants get to their race as well.

@K5 Gus mrs MP was entered for Buchlyvie but road situation looked bad and still a few places around without power.
Was freezing sleet at 1.30 with us, so fair play to anyone who ran a 10k in that!

I’m not far from Buchlyvie and the weather was pretty good this afternoon.

I did a very slow 10K from they gym in Dunf 1-2. Though it was cold, esp in the wind, skies were blue. Just a lucky break. Lots of trees down on paths in woods, so hurdles on my run! :-) G
