K5 Gus Aug 2022 8:52pm, 6 Aug 2022 5,280 posts	0 K5 Gus I was happy to beat my time of 4 years ago with a 7:27 Lorne Crawford who is a fetchie, but don't think he's on the forums, won MV50 and G, another great Harmeny result (non-Fetchie) as well as Pat, was Lindsay Cockburn who was 5th in 6:24 !!

iaincr Aug 2022 6:52am, 7 Aug 2022 964 posts	0 iaincr Was due to run dunoon 10k yesterday but rolled my ankle on Wednesday so decided against it, looks like a good decision as the organisers put the turning point 350m long, turned 10k into 10.7k race! Not good 😌
