Pam runs
10min tempo today. Average 8.56min mile. Think effort was probably a bit hard as no chance I could do that for 60min. 😬

Speedy Pam :)

I did a run/walk over this today just as the sun was rising .... and back again! 3.7 miles, my longest in ages. Mainly 30/30 but managed a few 1 minute runs too.

Feeling rather pleased with myself :)

Excellent outing DoricQ. Nice pic too. One minute runs are headed in the right direction.
I still struggle with one minute although I try periodically. I sometimes wonder if the medication will eventually suppress my long COVID symptoms, been on it six months and no review until June 2025. That's why I'm intending to change what I'm doing in my run/walk sessions.
2.2 random walk/ run this morning but my chest became slightly sore at the 30 seconds point. Same thing happened yesterday.

No parkrun today. I think I've got lurgy. Got quite an impressive cough. 😷
