I have strained a muscle in my side and running is very painful at the moment. Going to give it a rest for a week and see where I am at next week. Will come and cheer on you all if not able to do it.

Getting a bit more enthused about it now. Really sorry to hear about your side. Hopefully you should be okay for the race. Take it easy xx
