First roast dinner for a while, really enjoyed it. The potatoes don’t look as good as they were as I only has olive oil in which to cook them. (We’d cooked the pork earlier and the juices had burnt on when Mrs D cooked the crackling a bit longer.)

Yes. Also. Not a good idea to put the cauliflower cheese next to the potatoes, need to put something colourful in between.

More gravy was available according to the taste of the diner. The cauliflower cheese is increasingly becoming one of my top three components.
