The one I have currently cuts my head off because I tried this once before and that was the result, and I gave up trying to fix it. So today I thought I would try again and duly shrunk a photo to the right dimensions, but it won't upload. Tried another, and it won't upload either. Can anyone advise what I'm doing wrong?!

Interestingly, it shows that I have a different picture there to the one that is showing elsewhere on the site as my profile pic! I'm not sure how to change the ratio!
