oh sorry

I haven't got a car, so I carry shopping home, most of it on my back, I managed 84 lbs once (never again) which is SIX stone. Nowadays I try to carry no more than THREE

I get tired of WALKING pace, so I do that rhythmic trotting that isn't a run, but isn't the wiggly hip speed walking, I call it YOMPING, I think it comes from the army, when they are trukkiing across the countryside with big rucksacks

you don't want to or simply CAN'T "RUN" with a heavy load, so though it's rhymic, it's more like the "Ultra shuffle", which is sliding along the ground!!! LOL
