I haven't got a car, so I carry shopping home, most of it on my back, I managed 84 lbs once (never again) which is SIX stone. Nowadays I try to carry no more than THREE
I get tired of WALKING pace, so I do that rhythmic trotting that isn't a run, but isn't the wiggly hip speed walking, I call it YOMPING, I think it comes from the army, when they are trukkiing across the countryside with big rucksacks
you don't want to or simply CAN'T "RUN" with a heavy load, so though it's rhymic, it's more like the "Ultra shuffle", which is sliding along the ground!!! LOL

I went away for a few mins and lost the plot....
yes not knowing what is went wrong is crap.
100 pressups and man boobs CT??? Had perfectly fine WB's and could still do a few 100 in my MA class. It's all gone down hill since injury
