Not so Lazytoad!
Hi ladies
I need pants advice, by pants I mean knickers! So I now seem to be experiencing chaffing from my normal pabts whilst running. Do I need special running pants or maybe big knickers.... Any advice gratefully Recieved

Great title for a thread Notso! I run in M&S pants, bog standard basic looking pants, big enough to know you are in them, not big enough to carry your shopping in. Perfect.

Never all cotton and I wear mine inside out so the seams don't rub

My favourite pants are really cheap, thin, baggy nylon ones which are remarkably comfortable.

Try wearing your running shorts without knickers underneath. Most running bottoms are designed to be worn that way.

I agree - I find it really weird & uncomfortable if I try to wear pants under my running stuff; running bottoms tend to have built-in gussets for that reason. Just make sure the material isn't the kind to go see-through in sunlight! (If I'm wearing compression tights, I stick a pair of baggy shorts over the top, just in case)

I never wear them under my running gear. It feels weird.
