Depends if you only run Marathons or not, DG.
8m/m is steady/easy for me most of the time. Over a marathon, maybe not.

I'll stick my neck out here and say that I thought the sole design looked silly and not something a serious affleet would wear. They have got fecking holes.

Whatever the science behind the optimum min/miling, what these shoes are really about seems to be to give you a more comfortable run on tarmac and pavements. Hence those boingy looking cloud things. When it all comes down to it, it's a different way of doing sole cushioning, I think.

OH bought some of these for rather a lot more but is really liking them, quite cushioned which suits him, but it depends what you like
