Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

There is some wheelchair racing Speedy - we checked out the session - its mostly visually impared long stuff, CP categories for field and some wheelchair 400m and 100m I think. No amputees though (which is a shame as that might have been Pistorius) that I could see.

This should help:
news.bbc.co.uk
"A brief classification guide is as follows: prefixing F for field athletes or T for track athletes. F or T 11-13 are visually impaired, F or T 20 are learning difficulty, F or T 31-38 are cerebral palsy, F or T 41- 46 amputee and les autre, T 51- 54 wheelchair track athletes and F51- 58 wheelchair field athletes."

Then we used this:
london2012.com

To cross reference. Just select your day and time :)

Thanks Curly, we have loads to see! 7 finals, including the womens wheelchair 5k final, 3 other wheelchair events and even better, 4 cerebral palsy events. Very happy with that. :-)

What distance does Oscar do? There is a mens amputee 200m semi final.

he tends to do only do 400m when competing in able-bodied as he struggles to get off the blocks at a competitive speed for the shorter sprints

we saw him running 200m at the Scottish champs a year or two ago and the club athletes were well ahead coming off the blocks but he was able to pass most of them as he got up to speed
