lol- fetch-head went to bed praying for a day off too. Me and his dad on the other hand........

fetch-head loved the message BTW tracy- thanks

Do you have to be over a certain age to run the 5k at BPTT- my 12 and 13 yr old bro/sis- in law would like to have ago. Which will probably mean Fetch-head won't want to be left out!!!

MUD has done Bramhall (she's under 12?)

I think for parkruns the normal rules don't apply because you don't *have* to register them

I know for the Alex Park 5km you have to be over 13 to do the full 5k, and between 11 and 13 only 4km allowed, but that is under UKA rules with paying to enter and fill out form.
Parkruns aren't marketed as necessarily races so a bit different!

Loads of kids run BRTT....it seems that SOS could do the full 5k ...register him on the website but get an adult to run with him and advise him to start slooooooowwwww

My little one did one lap unregistered....just start with the pack and peel off

Thanks Jac- I'll have a check on the website. Thing is i wouldn't particularly waht Fetch-head to do the 5k cos i'd prob want to try and get a reasonable time. THe 3 k prob a better step up in distance for him anyway.

Jac- Jen let us know if you thinking of doing it then maybe me and Tracy could catch up with you.

Thanks Homer.

I'll have a look. Don't think Wrexham does but Dorney Lake may have :)
