Yep. Run into a stumbling block. For security reasons to identify myself I have to complete some info from my 2016/16 P60. I have this right in front of me. It accepts one of my answers but says the other doesn't match their records. I only have the one P60. I'm going to have to call them. Prepares to be on hold for a while.

Phoned them up, got the amount that they say (different because of a bonus payment from previous employer received in March), hung up (big mistake) entered revised amount, computer says no.

Now it say's I've tried to many times and can't try again for 24 hours. I swore loudly. The cat gave me a funny look.

I've been back on the phone. I've had a frustrating conversation with a woman who has given me some advice I don't believe will work but I can't try again now for another 24 hours
