Have you got any Piriton, Purps? Anti-histamine works much better at controlling the itching than lotions, we found, though only when our eldest was through the worst of it.

You need iriton with the letter in front between q and r M4 (bloody mobile) Worked great for my kids with chickenpox as long as you kept them dosed up frequently

Snap Dio Ds1 hated iriton with the letter in front between q and r, but it really did the trick

Word of warning: piriton does not work for all. QP didn't sleep for 24 hours when we used it. It was a tiring 24 hours for both of us. That said I don't know anyone else who had that issue.
