My phone is buggered again, this is sooooo annoying. Luckily it worked in London yesterday when I needed it, but the screen has gone all unresponsive again. I must go visit a genius.

I've got Venetian blinds of the larger variety in my lounge. They are white plastic and quite easy to dust and clean - much better than the old-fashioned variety.

Many years ago I had Austrian blinds in my kitchen. Taking them down, de-stringing, washing, re-stringing and rehanging them was the work of a whole day. I must have been off my rocker.
