Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Watching Salvage Hunters. Drew said 'You can't come to France and not buy a club chair.' Astonishingly, I've been to France lots of times and never even been tempted to buy a club chair.

Me neither, my car is usually too full of stuff to fit a club chair in.
We are having a jukebox-off. My neighbour played some godawful ancient crap and everyone complained and now the chap who loves Chas n Dave is peering helplessly at the letters

I have 4 Kiwi cousins, 2 who live in NZ and 2 live in Australia. I'm pretty sure my auntie's still alive but she's completely gone and has been in a home for years. I've lost track of how many offspring the cousins have, some of them may be grandparents now but I wouldn't know.

Both my Mum and Dad come from large families. I have an almost infinite number of cousins. I only really keep in touch with my Dad’s side. Most of these cousins have children of their own and some of these children are beginning also to reproduce.

Next week I shall be on holiday with 2 sons+2 partners, OH's sister and brother and their partners, OH's four nephews + three partners, and four great nieces and 1 great nephew. If we're just looking at my blood relations, in addition to the 2 sons, I have my mother, two sisters and one brother, three nephews, two nieces, five great-nephews and (I think) three great-nieces. And four cousins - one may be dead now, she disappeared out of everyone's lives about twenty years ago. I don't keep in contact with my brother, his son and his off-spring so don't know the current count there.

I think that's enough on both sides :-0

I’ve been to France, but I don’t even know what a club chair is.

About This Thread

I have replaced the batteries in the TV remote.

The old ones were flat, so it wasn't working.
