There are individual ones in Costa using almond pastry but I found them wàaaaaaaaaaay too sweet

Tesco and Sainsburys both advertise gluten free ones. Haven't tried them.

Ta! No tesco or sainsbury here, but I have just signed as a member to a health club/gym in Hereford where they have both, I shall investigate.
And avoid Costa while there ;)
