Nearly well again. I'll play my final joker for this week's long run (as that's not going to happen, not even if I do it in instalments) then next week I'll be back on plan again for the rest of the month (which is flying by!!)

Glad the germs are nearly gone Garfield.
Done all the runs and the distance for the week, but failing badly on the timed. I don't want to be racing so close to tapertime. I thought I would squeeze in a parkrun, but seem to keep failing at that due to seemingly endless LSRs.

Wazelle, I think you can still change your March targets. So you could change it to e.g. a timed mile and put down a time you would be happy doing this close to the mara so that you complete Jantastic and don't affect your race?
