Just off to the Lincolnshire Sports awards where Mrs Samson has been shortlisted as volunteer of the year for her part in getting the marathon back onto the sporting calendar.
Also, some exciting news came our way this week as an organisation is hoping to incorporate their 2011 Marathon championship into the Mablethorpe Marathon meaning upto 100 places may have gone already!!!!! Lots to discuss at next week AGM!
Don't panic...there will be plenty place left if things fall into place!!

Have just been onto the photos where it says runners 121-160 and it says there are 27 pages of pictures. Everytime I click on "next" page it jumps me back to the previous screen. Is anyone else having this problem?

Ewww! Just saw Golden Sands caravans on Watchdog! Ours wasn't anything like as bad as those ones but it was a bit shabby around the edges - but we went with low expectations!
Samson, perhaps you can take advantage of it to get everyone ultra ultra cheap deals for next year??

Quick update...
We have a new venue for 2011.
A public sector organisation will be running their 2011 Marathon championship race within our race.
The finishing touches are being put to a new route for both races.
