Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

High praise from you, H!

Sitting in my basket waiting for me to press the 'checkout' button.

Sue's got a cow-orker with a lightbox which she reckons really does make a difference.

For those that have not got the time to sit in front of a lamp, or just like to banish the dull winter times. Full spectrum means the bulb throws it the same light as daylight, as opposed to a normal bulb.

That's what the SAD lights are giving you. But at an inconvenience and cost premium.

Of course my bulbs don't wake me up :-) The kids do that :-p

Just looked at the price of one of those lamps. You can buy 5 good bulbs for half the price! That's five rooms in the house sorted as opposed to one.

There is a slight downside, they are insanely brought if you look directly at them. Only a problem if you lady beneath the lampshade. Something a rubber might do when stretching in the evening :-)
