Been nice reading back through this even though, as a low key contributor(?) on here, I know relatively few of those who have resurfaced - great to hear from RB and Hammy in particular though and look forward to seeing Hammy turn up at a LT event soon

Sharkie - After a few years of inconsistency, this lockdown and WFH has provided the perfect schedule to get back training again and back towards the faster miles but plenty work to do! Peaked pre-uni and never really did get over that broken foot I hope you are running well?
Flanker - Hey, hope you’re well. Good to hear, so they still give out STP? I mentioned this to a few friends and I’m worried I’ve marketed it as the dream race but it’s all a great lie.

We visited Spicy when B was a wee baby before they moved back to Edinburgh. I'm looking forward to being allowed to travel again as our middle son is going to Edinburgh uni in September so we'll definitely be down and we must do your parkrun.
