might try suggesting to OH that he & daughter meet us at the Trafalgar for an afternoon pint!

some favourite pubs on that route, have spent far too much time in the Captain Kidd and now use it as a pitstop on long runs

It's about 11 miles along the road, but I'm not too sure of the route from Rotherhithe to Greenwich. Any drunken staggering around may be more than offset by the beer skates.

I did actually jokingly one night out on the piss with a mate send my missus a text saying "you're the best wife in the whole wide world", except being pissed it was actually best wife in the whole wide hole.
