Just a word of warning for people that live Victoria road /london road to go careful as theres a huge puddle and drivers are being inconsiderate while pedestrian are trying to walk along the path and they drive right into the puddle to deliberately splash you it's not fair on children ect getting soaked

Get on to the council. They should be more careful about where they put puddles!

Hi I am currently a volunteer and safe house parrots that requires rescue from the South West. Our work is totally voluntary and self funded. If anyone has any birds toys, sandpaper or even newspaper they no longer need I would be grateful of any donations as we have had a large number of parrots come in recently. Many thanks

Full Moon Reflective Soundbath Honoring the Spring Equinox (Ostara)

🌕✨Finally the Spring is here! It’s time to celebrate. The perfect moment to come along and experience the healing energy of Sound and utilise this powerful time of transformation and intention with both the Full Moon and the equinox . A reflective Soundbath is an opportunity to clear your mind, body and soul and prepare for the beautiful wonders to come. This moon is in Libra which speaks to the balance both within and in our external lives.

Celebrating and honouring the cycles of the moon is an ancient practice allowing us to connect to the natural rhythms of our world, her surrounding celestial bodies out here in the Milky Way, to nature, each other, ourselves and beyond.✨🌕

Join me for this FREE Full Moon reflective Soundbath up at:

Elsted Village hall, Elsted, Midhurst at 6:30pm on the 17th March.

Please bring a yoga mat, a cushion/cushions, water and a blanket.

To book your space and for more information please go to the Sound Therapy page at:
www.phoenixascension.com

Or email
thephoenixascension@yahoo.com

I’m offering these Sound Therapy sessions as part of my case studies with @britishacademyofsoundtherapy @BAST

Thank you.

I look forward to seeing you there

🌕✨💜✨🌕
