Has anyone seen the website Quora where people can crowdsource answers to life’s most vexing conundrums? I saw this beauty this morning:
“How do British people celebrate Thanksgiving? I want to invite a British friend to my Thanksgiving festivities but I don’t know how she celebrates and I want her to have some of her traditions.”

Oh, I look forward to Thanksgiving almost as much as my American colleagues. It’s usually a quiet day or two when I can get stuff done without a gazillion meetings.

Laughed at the comment about thanksgiving being a time we can get stuff done without our American work colleagues disturbing us for a couple of weeks.
I have colleagues in egypt and we have this tradition where I email them with an urfent question during eid and they email me an urgent question on Christmas Day.

Well just been down to the new walkway next to wilkos!! Nice to see the scroats have made nice bicycle skid marks of over the new surface. Can these idiot's not leave anything with vandaling alone. We as people have to pay for these niceties. What a joke
