Great parkrun this morning and a very moving briefing re Sean....hope lots was raised :-)

Never saw you Tiggia.....waved to Tnargneel behind the cafe with Baby Tigs (she's growing!) but had no energy to actually say hi!

I couldn't hear that well as u was next to the yappy excitable dog!

I'm not sure if his wife ran but she was in the cafe afterwards so I was told.
Didn't see her name in the results but I could have missed it.

I got one of those hollers too...he made me do sprint bursts on my last lap :-0
